Reidar Persson has worked with international forestry assistance and forestry issues for most of his life, for example at Sida, CIFOR, and SLU. Overall, he has been active in some 40 countries in Africa, Asia and Latin America. He will give an open lecture on the theme "REDD and learnings from the past".
