A real-time evaluation of the support NICFI (Norway's International Climate and Forest Initiative) has provided to civil society organizations has been published. The evaluation shows that the support has enabled valuable capacity development on both local and national levels. It further identifies a need to improve possibilities to use the lessons learned in the projects so that the value of the initiative becomes larger than the sum of the different projects.
